Refer
to the schools section as a
general guide, but forget about the section relating to worksheets!!!
Be
sure that the coach is comfortable and driven steadily.
All
travelers should carry some form of identification and contact information
in case of an emergency.
Frequent
stops are important. Make each leg of the journey short and the
breaks interesting.
Smart
attractive name tags are quite acceptable - give these out as passengers
arrive.
Seniors
like to be informed about what is happening both inside and outside
the coach - use the microphone.
Seat
rotation on the coach is a great way for all members of the group
to share the good (and not so good) sections of the coach tour
leaders for senior's groups should be very aware of taking things
a little slower, not introducing too many steps and that the memory
is not what it used to be.
